The home accommodates 8 guests comfortably.A bed setee in the apartment room can accommodate 2 extra guests and 2 day beds are in the undercover alfresco. The rates stated are for max 8 persons. Extra guests $100 per stay period, at owners discretion.

Parking is on the front of the property, 2 under cover, 2-3 on the driveway and a small boat can be accommodated.

Mandurah has an abundance of water based activities, fishing, boating, crabbing, swimming etc. Some of the best restaurants can be found on the foreshore and Marina Quays, for the Kids... King Carnival is a great spot to visit and for the adults, Mandurah Performing Arts has a variety of shows and exhibitions. Great shopping for the girls in the old part of town on the Foreshore, great boutiques!

Directions from Perth Airport: Head east towards Horrie Miller Dr - Continue straight onto Grogan Rd - Turn right at Horrie Miller Dr - Continue on Kewdale Rd - Turn right at Tonkin Hwy - Take the ramp onto Leach Hwy - Take the ramp onto Kwinana Fwy - At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Safety Bay - Go through 1 roundabout - Turn left at Mandurah Rd - Take the ramp onto Mandurah Rd - Continue on Fremantle Rd - Turn right at Allnutt St - Turn left at Gray Rd Take the Fremantle Road (main road in Mandurah) At the New Bus/Train Station traffic lights, go down Allnut St. Take second left, then first right into Gray Rd.
